This automatic nickel plating equipment features manual loading and unloading with flight bar transfer via trolley system. The line is designed for enhanced work efficiency with configurable gantry transporters featuring vertical lifting and horizontal movement capabilities.

Operation begins by manually pushing the trolley with flight bar, jig, and product to the loading station. After entering the product code (via barcode, IC
card, or computer input) and pressing the "load ready" button, the IPC retrieves pre-stored plating data and transmits commands to the PLC. The traveling crane then moves to the loading section, lifts the flight bar, and sequentially processes products through each stage. Upon completion at the unload station, an audible reminder signals operators to prepare for unloading. The entire process data (temperature, time, current, etc.) is stored in the IPC for monitoring, archiving, and printing.
