Basic Operation
The operator moves the trolley with the flight bar and workpieces to the loading station, enters the product code, and presses "Load Ready." The system automatically retrieves the preset process recipe and controls the gantry transporter to complete each processing step.
After the process is finished, the flight bar is placed on the unloading trolley. An audible signal alerts the operator to unload the products. Process data is automatically recorded throughout the production cycle for convenient monitoring and quality control.
