1. Multiple Gantry Transporters

2. Fully Automatic Barrel Plating

This is a fully automatic gantry-type barrel plating line. Except for manual loading and unloading, all barrel transfer and process handling are completed automatically by the gantry transporters.

The transporter uses a three-stage speed profile: low → high → low for both lifting and horizontal travel. Controlled acceleration and deceleration help reduce inertia and swinging while improving positioning accuracy and operating stability.

Operators only need to select a preset process program in the PLC. The gantry transporter then automatically completes the programmed transfer and plating sequence, minimizing manual intervention.

6. Automatic Barrel Handling Process

The operator loads the workpieces into the barrel, closes the barrel lid and selects the required process program. The transporter automatically moves to the loading station, lifts the barrel and transfers it through each plating tank according to the preset sequence.

After completing the final process, the transporter moves the finished barrel to the unloading station when the sensor confirms that the station is available. The operator then removes the barrel and unloads the plated products.
