Automatic Rotary Vertical Plating line Plating machine Pltaing Equipment
Equipment Overview
The Automatic Rotary Vertical Zinc Plating Line is designed for continuous and efficient zinc electroplating of metal components, providing consistent coating quality, corrosion protection, and stable production performance. The rotary vertical configuration allows the workpieces to move automatically through the pretreatment, plating, rinsing, passivation, and drying stages according to the configured process sequence.
Designed for continuous electroplating production, this plating line combines a rigid steel framework, automated jig transfer, variable-speed movement, and PLC-based control. The system can be configured according to the required process flow, production capacity, and factory layout.
1. Structural Design
The main frame is fabricated from A3 structural steel and protected with an external epoxy coating for improved corrosion resistance. The coating color can be customized. The supporting structure includes fixed plates, columns, walkways, flat wire, and horizontal adjustment bolts.
2. Transporter System
The transporter integrates horizontal travel and vertical lifting mechanisms to move jigs between process tanks. Geared brake motors provide stable drive performance, while the positioning system controls deceleration and stopping for accurate workpiece transfer.
3. Jig Lifting Mechanism
The lifting system uses a geared brake motor, coupling, and high-strength acid-resistant, aging-resistant belt to provide reliable vertical movement.
4. Variable-Speed Operation
PLC and frequency converters control both horizontal and vertical movement. Three speed levels—low, medium, and high—can be configured according to process requirements. Controlled acceleration and deceleration help reduce transporter swing and improve positioning accuracy.
5. Safety Protection
Emergency stop buttons are incorporated into the plating line to enable rapid shutdown in abnormal operating conditions and improve overall operating safety.
Electrical & Control System
The control system combines industrial PLC control with position detection and variable-speed drive technology to support reliable automatic operation.

Quality Control
Each zinc plating line is inspected at multiple stages before delivery. Mechanical components are checked for dimensional accuracy and assembly quality, while electrical cabinets, PLC control systems, sensors and automatic transfer mechanisms are tested for correct operation. Process tanks, piping, pumps and auxiliary systems are inspected for leakage and proper connection. Before shipment, the complete line is subjected to functional testing to verify the programmed process sequence, material transfer, safety functions and control response.
