Equipment Design & Operation
This electroplating line is designed for high-output production and reliable workpiece transfer. Its reinforced steel structure, automatic transporter, and programmable motion control system provide stable operation and accurate positioning throughout the plating process.
1. Frame and Structure
The main frame is manufactured from A3 structural steel and protected with an epoxy coating to improve corrosion resistance. The overall structure consists of fixed plates, support columns, walkways, flat wire, and horizontal adjustment bolts. Frame color can be customized to suit the customer's requirements.
2. Transporter System
The transporter is equipped with independent mechanisms for horizontal travel and vertical jig lifting. Geared brake motors provide stable drive performance, while the positioning system controls deceleration and stopping for accurate transfer between process tanks.
3. Jig Lifting Mechanism
The lifting assembly combines a geared brake motor, coupling, and high-strength acid-resistant and aging-resistant belt. This configuration provides dependable vertical movement during continuous operation.
4. Motion Control
Horizontal and vertical movement is regulated by the PLC and frequency converters. Three speed levels—low, medium, and high—can be selected according to process requirements. Controlled acceleration and deceleration help reduce inertia and transporter swing while improving movement smoothness and positioning accuracy.
5. Safety & Maintenance
Emergency stop devices are installed throughout the line for rapid shutdown when required. The mechanical and electrical layout is designed to facilitate routine inspection, adjustment, and maintenance.
Automation & Electrical System
The control system combines PLC automation, variable-frequency speed control, and position sensing for coordinated operation of the transporter and plating process.
